With more than 16 years of experience in the medical industry, Heather Wagner is a board-certified family nurse practitioner in her hometown of Oklahoma City, OK. She specializes in providing dermal fillers, wrinkle relaxers, PDO thread lifts, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), weight loss treatments, thyroid management, and RF microneedling with Morpheus8™ technologies. Combining her passion with experience, Heather strives to bring out the natural beauty of the individuals she treats. She will listen attentively to each patient's needs and goals to create a personalized treatment plan that addresses each of them.
Trish has been a Physician Assistant for 25 years and has been in the Aesthetics industry for 5 years. Trish loves all the treatments at Crystal Aesthetics and Rejuvenation Spa. It is her belief that a combination of treatments are needed for the best aesthetic outcomes. Trish enjoys reading and loves cats.
Rachel is a registered nurse with ten years in nursing. She has eight years of industry experience in bioidentical hormone therapy and aesthetics, as well as two years in emergency medicine. Her specialties include neurotoxins, fillers, IV vitamin therapies, bioidentical hormones, microneedling, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), laser therapy, HydraFacial®, and skin care.
Rachel's passion lies in bringing out the natural beauty that all patients possess. She gets fulfillment from helping her patients feel and look their best while maintaining a more natural look.
During her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and beautiful baby girl. She plays league volleyball and loves to curl up with a good sci-fi novel.
Amy started in the aesthetic industry in 2001. She will be the first person you meet at the office; she always has a smile on her face and makes everyone feel welcome. Her passion for skin care and customer service is key. Amy is constantly staying up to date with the latest technologies and cutting-edge procedures. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her friends and family at the beach or lake and her fur baby, Hank. She likes gardening, spending time outdoors, and reading.
Meredith Mack, Licensed Medical Aesthetician, has lived in Oklahoma for 20+ years since moving from New Jersey with her father in 1999. She attended Classen School of Advanced Studies and Harding Fine Arts Academy with a focus in vocal performance, before graduating with a bachelors degree in business from University of Central Oklahoma. Prior to joining the world of aesthetics, she was employed in the corporate dental industry working her way from an entry level position to the executive office. She has always been dedicated to helping people feel confident about themselves, and understands that each patient is unique and deserving of individualized patient focused care. Meredith comes to us highly recommended by many industry professionals. She is an enthusiastic and charismatic young professional, with a vivacious personality, and a passion for all things beauty- particularly results driven skin care. In her spare time Meredith enjoys traveling to visit her family, spending time with her friends, and exploring what’s new in the area.
This place is amazing no matter what you are going in for, but im particularly impressed with their weight loss programs. I had been on semaglutide elsewhere before and the quality of what i receive here is so much better. Im not experiencing side effects like i was previously and am actively losing weight now. The PA Heather Wagner is a true gem and the rest of the staff always brighten my day. I look forward to my weekly visits and to trying out some of their other services soon.

I’ve been seeing Heather for a few years now and I can’t say enough good things about her. She is so talented, and she most importantly listens to me.
