What Is Our Facial Technique?
After a consultation to create your unique treatment plan based on your skin type and concerns, you can lie back in a treatment room as your facial or HydraFacial is performed. Your facial treatment will be customized, but most will start with a deep cleaning to clear away dirt, makeup, and oil. After cleaning the skin, steam is used in a regular facial to open clogged pores while HydraFacial uses a handheld device to open your pores so whiteheads and blackheads can be extracted easily. This is typically followed by exfoliation, either done by hand or with an added treatment (chemical peel or microdermabrasion). A mask or serum may be massaged into the skin for deep nourishment. Finally, an SPF moisturizer will be applied to protect from UV damage after the treatment. We perform facials that specialize in addressing different issues, such as shrinking pores, brightening the skin, or treating acne-prone skin.
